Board meeting to discuss the hunt. Board members and hunt staff are encouraged to attend in person. General Members are also welcome to attend.

There will be a potluck at Lianne's starting at 6:30 and the meeting will start at 7:00pm. The meeting will also be broadcast on zoom. The zoom link and agenda will be emailed on the 5th.
